While at A T Still University my studies focused on practical implications of research around health disparities in underserved populations. My dissertation was the culmination of research dedicated to providing accessible health education to decrease the prevalence of cardiovascular disease in African Americans.

My time at A T Still University equipped me with the ability to always see the connection between research, raw data, and it's implications as it pertains to strategy, program, and policy creation.

My time at PennWest California (formerly California University of Pennsylvania) focused specifically on the general fitness and wellness environment. Course work included fitness center design, program creation, and exercise prescriptions.

The emphasis on resource management has been paramount to my career as it is transferrable across multiple consumer-facing initiatives.

The University of Connecticut gave me a research foundation with a general understanding of applied statistics.

Coursework in Industrial-Organizational Psychology introduced me to ergonomics and the impact the physical work environment has on productivity, which later influenced my decision to pursue worksite wellness employment opportunities.
